Cm871 tune

Hello this is my first post but I've followed the forums for a while. Had the ecm die on my Volvo last week and with the wealth of information from here I was able to grab the file out of the original and put it into a used ecm.

I'm here because when we got the truck a few years ago it was already demandated and had the vgt turbo swapped out for 60 series Detroit turbo. Truck has always ran rough when first started (engine temp under 150f) and it sounds like its cammed when it idles. I don't think the rough idle is fuel soleniods they all sound like perfectly smooth sewing machines. Anyways since I finally have the file for the truck in hand I was wondering if any of the experts would be willing to look it over and make sure the tune isn't totally awful. Truck has driven fine and beyond the ecm dying recently (was the dreaded 1117 code) we have never had any issues with the motor. Side note yes I know having a vgt turbo would be best if only for better Jakes but for us we just can't justify the cost when the truck works fine as is.
