Cummins Insite

I am trying to figure out a 2015 F650 with a 6.7 cummins that has a issue with the brakes. I believe i may have a failing HCU. This particular truck does not utilize air brakes. I only have a cheap HD harbor freight scanner that i bought for this because i don't regularly work on these platforms. It does not provide any active commands. I'm looking for ways to acess the WABCO portion without spending tons of money on something i may only use one time this year. Thank you for any information!
