| RE: N14 Celect Plus PTO mode question When the N14 first came out the service tool for it was Cummins Echek. A handheld device. This was before INSITE. I have been told by old Cummins guys that on an N14 INSITE may not see everything that Echek will. I have also been warned that INSITE can create problems in the Celect system. I don't know if that is true. I do know from a truck several years ago that some of the code descriptions are different when looked up in an Echek manual. A quick Google search shows some new and used Echek systems and some manuals only. Maybe get one of the manuals and see what it says. Somewhere at work I have some International Electronic Engine Manuals the came out in the early 90's covering CAT, Cummins, and Detroit. I can look at those the first of the week, but IIRC, they mostly covered wiring. In way better detail and illustrations than we get today! | |||
