| RE: oil dilution with diesel Hello all, I have checked the re-gen history with another truck of the same year and engine. It shows re-gens every 25-28 hours as opposed to every 4-6 hours on this problem truck, that's quite a difference under the same driving conditions. I replace he DPF diff. press sensor just because, however my gut feeling is that would be way too easy (I was correct). Does anyone know what the DPF diff. pressure needs to be to call for a regen. I am guessing .18 HG or greater. I will keep on this issue until I figure it out. Frequent regens/oil dilution seems to be common on some of these Cummins 8.3 / ISL 9. Thanks | |||
