Engine brake troubles need some input

Engine brake issue finally fixed. It is now been rectified. When I did the assembled the engine I did not use the OEM timing wedges which caused the timing to be out. I’ve been chasing this brake issue for about nine months. I had somewhat a feeling a while ago in my older posts That maybe it’s timing out a little bit and maybe that was the issue. I got the engine oil past 225 Jake brake works flawlessly. Thank you everyone for helping me out. Hopefully in the future if someone has an engine brake issue This will help them find it.
