This doesn't sound right. AFIK DEF isn't flammable. If the SCR melted, the heat had to come from upstream. To get that hot, the DPF is almost certainly melted. If the DPF melted through, you could still get "normal" readings off the DPFDP sensor. All it measures is the difference in pressure between the DPF inlet and outlet. If there is a hole in between, there won't be much, if any, difference to read. You need to physically look at the DPF and DOC. If the DPF is melted you need to find out why there is excess fuel in the aftertreatment system.
