2003 ISC 8.3 in RV with bad ECM

My ECM has died on me, I am stuck off on a side street. But probably won't be able to stay here long.
I have bought a used ECM with no programming on it.
I have Insite 8.7 but can't connect to get the proper Incal because Cummins have taken the servers down.
I have all of the Incal DVD images. But I can't get them to load into Insite 8.7

I see Calterm is the is the solution.
I have a template made in Insite.
How do I find the correct incal from the DVDs?
I know my current ECM code which is J91051.18

how does one obtain that CT SW.
