RE: 2015 Prostar Electrical Issues (Yesterday )DPS567180 Wrote: So what happened again today. Seat belt light came on then my engine brakes light went out and stopped working. This time my transmission temperature gauge stopped working too. I only replaced the fuses that weren't self resetting. Is there any particular fuse in the self resetting batch I should be looking at? Could my body controller be kicking the bucket? Usually it is only the tarnished fuses (not the breakers), as they are the supply fuses for the cab controller. If the voltage on the cab controller dips even a little bit vs. the truck voltage, they act a fool. - It does not rule out a bad controller,.. its just that the fuses being tarnished are the more common issue. - Prostars are also notorious for the dome leaking and the water running down behind the panel where the cab controller is too. Moisture damage to the controller takes its toll too. User's Signature: ->: What I post is just my own thoughts and Opinions! --- I AM Full Of S__T!. | |||
