Fuel and boost questions

Can anyone help me out with some numbers? Im trying to resolve my boost drop off. Im wondering what the "normal" vgt percentage should be at 1600rpm and above. Im not sure what my all in total fueling is. Truck is set at 575hp 1850tq. Im guessing somewhere around 315mg ish? Im at 33% from the 200mg area and up. With the truck loaded at 80k no matter the circumstance, loaded or empty, my boost falls to 20ish psi after 1600 rpm. Im not sure if thats normal but its annoying and I want all the power I can have. Its a 10 speed so I've gotta run it up to 1900rpm to keep it from dropping below 1400rpm. I dont like to lug my stuff. If someone could help out od greatly appreciate it. Im trying to learn how to use calt3rm the best I can but im leery on changing boost parameters. Thanks
