RE: Fuel and boost questions
I will pull the file and send it to you. Just pm the email address.

As for the file, the truck has been converted from auto to manual and I believe there were some parameters and settings that need to stay how the file currently is. Im a noob though so im not sure which ones we changed to make the manual work.

As for the rest of your questions and comments....

The truck does build 36 psi full load up a hill. It just falls off around 1600 rpm. From 1600 to 1900 rpm its a very linear fall off. From 36psi to about 25psi. Although I dont pull past 1600 in high gear (because I've reached cruising speed) I have just to see if the boost falls then as well, and it does. I can hold it at 1400-1500 up a big hill and it will hold max boost all day. It just falls after 1600rpm( like there isn't enough vgt percentage).

Not sure what the turbo rpm is, I haven't looked at live data yet.

There are no leaks, all cac, turbo and intake boots are good. Imap and backpressure sensors are around a year old. I just replaced the exhaust manifold gasket and inspected the backpressure tube and sensor.

There are no egr components to leak. Ill leave it at that.

The exhaust is very free flowing.

The truck doesn't have any issues, I keep it extremely well maintained and know my truck like the back of my hand.
