2350 7th injector pressure sensor keeps failing

It shows a 100 psi fuel pressure with the engine off sensor removed and plugged into the harness. The new sensor will fix the problem for 3 months. Could it be that ecm needs to be updated?

update for ecm should have been done years ago.
