X15 code 3382: EGR data valid but below normal

DPF deltaP lines are pretty clean. I unplugged the EGR valve, 14 pin aftertreatment crossover, and ECM harness. Contacts look clean. After all that, the EGR valve started working. EGR deltaP is reading 0-0.2 at idle.

But now my turbo actuator is sticking. Going to have to replace it I guess. Active code 5177. Truck isn't driveable now, lots of weird turbo noises when it sticks.

The turbo actuator ended up being the root problem. New actuator fixed all the egr codes. This engine is a 2019 cm2350. I was able to use insite 7.6.2 and a china nexiq to program the new actuator.
