Thank you Rawze. I do have fuel coming from the compucheck on the gear pump.

I've done the ECM check, smacked it 0 issues,

Oil psi moves while cranking

After sitting for more than 4 hours or so, truck wont start without a small shot of ether. Runs after, no codes, no power loss, no rogh idle, no smoke from starting. Before the 4 hours or so is up, truck can be shut off and restarted perfectly fine.ONLY need ether after sitting for 4 or more hours give or take.

Does this sound like it could be the gear pump? Leaning towards changing it out and going from there?
