| RE: ISX 15 CM 871 Crank but wont fire After new Starter sounds like the started they installed is weak or a voltage drop on ground side or power side. It cannot turn fast enough to create heat but with ether it gets hot enough. Try a new starter after checking amperage draw. | |||
