| RE: A/C hose lines A hydraulic hose shop isn't going to have those ends, those are specific to an a/c system. Also even if they could make you something you wouldn't want to use it for a/c. When they cut that hose to length with the saw it leaves debris (sawdust) small rubber and steel residue inside the hose, then they push an end on and crimp it in the dye. When they push that hose end on it pushes that cutting debris further into the hose. The next time you have a hose made spray brake cleaner into it and watch all the crap that comes out!! It doesn't matter on a hydraulic system because it ends up in the filter eventually, but on an a/c system it would be an instant problem. Buy the correct part from the dealer and do it right. | |||
