IISX 15 CM871 No Start

So my main shop was 3 weeks out at the time of the starter. I needed it done ASAP so they recommended the local MHC KW dealer. Brought it for just a starter, left with the issue of no start without ether.

Took it back last week for them to fix the issue, they just gave up and washed there hands said they couldn't figure it out. Replaced gear pump etc. Still an issue. Brought it home yesterday to a new issue, runs 8 seconds or so after keys removed, runs smooth no roughness at all.

In there diag sheet it says they did mess with the fuel shutoff solenoid so I do suspect that.

Rawze as far as sending you my programming, I'm not 100% sure how to go about that. I am new to this and learning much as I can as I go. I do not have personal access to insite. However I do have a good friend that does have it. If you could step me through how to do this, I'm sure he'd have no problem letting me use his equipment to read and send me programming.
