ISX CM871 tune and engine cpl help

First and foremost, from your descriptions, you have 3 problems...

1)... That engine has been completely trashed-canned into redneck oblivion with a garbage-can turbo mod that only serves to severely shorten engine lifespan. Whoever convinced you do put that garbage-can crap onto a $40,000 commercial engine needs to be taken out back and put out of their misery.

2)... BAD, ENGINE KILLING DELETE PROGRAMMING!. Anyone who would even be willing to try to make programming to work with that back-yard, engine killing redneck turbo mod = nothing but a BAD DELETE. Only complete fools and idiots do this kind of half-baked garbage.

So ... Unless your willing to start undoing all the redneck, engine killing turbo and other idiotic trash .. I.E.. putting the VGT back on it, etc.. and also having the programing re-done properly, then your wasting your time even asking about it on here. I do not placate people who want to willingly drive around with half-arssed engine killing mods ... so be fore-warned.

3)... Mis-matched internals.

NEXT: It takes a special kind of complete moron of a mechanic that would do/allow such half-arssed, mis-matched, s$it hole of mis-matched parts build on a $40,000 commercial engine to be done like that. - What a waste of so much moneys and time.

What needs to be figured out is how bad that the mis-match really is. Also, as far as I know, the red engine maker does not make 16:1 compression ratio pistons for the 871's. - So, Are the internals, cam(s), overhaul kit, etc. all certified 100% OEM?... or something else?. Is the cylinder head certified OEM?.. or something else?.. what about all the rest of the internals?.


BTW: the difference between the 2732's and the 2733's is the fact that the 2732's were all CM870's that were converted over to 871's./.. and the 2733's are true 871 builds... but THEY ARE BOTH MID-TIER MODEL ENGINES!!!... very similar in power range,.. and NO, the 2733's are NOT a true 500-600hp tier-1 build.

All in all, It sounds to me like you have a complete mess there.. Improper build.. improper engine killing turbo mods on it, and engine killing delete programming to boot.
