Low fuel pressure

I have a cummins 2250 with 1 million miles, I replaced the injectors and after that my truck has no power. It idles perfectly fine and even does a parked regen. My problem is when I press the pedal it stumbles, my fuel pressure commanded matches my measure when pressing pedal but has soon I let gogo my command stabilizes back to 7500psi and my measured drops between 2800 to 3500psi for brief moment and goes back to 7500, my reading do jump around when idling in the hundreds, could it be that my new injectors exposed a already weak fuel pump? Please help thank you. It does pass a injector leak test with insite, getting fitting to do actual leak down test but I don't lose more than 1kpsiin one minute.
