MX13 turbo actuator issues

Did some digging with the truck history - the factory original turbo actuator was replaced at 14 800 miles, at 15 000 miles the DPF was replaced under warranty too.

My repaired actuator lasted 7.5 months until the ECM on that same truck died at around 190 000 miles. ECM I fixed but need to flash ecm to get out of max derate.

The problem is in the board itself. I did improve those press fit connectors by soldering them, but main plug is still messed up no proper way to solder that, I just bent pins way wider and hope the best.
