Popping Under acceleration

Sorry had other things pop up. Finally had a chance to get back to the truck.

Sent engine cal.

Changing Cal didn't change anything.

The cam and crank were changed when overhauled along with exhaust and boost sensors.

Did recheck Base engine timing and overhead, all good.

Fuel Pressure Test only lost 138 PSI, 29400 at start, 29262 after 3 minutes.

Changed the jake solenoids. That fixed a lot of it so I could start narrowing it down.

Only keeps running on cylinder 6 and 3. 4,5 runs longer then 1,2, but will shut off.
If I cut 1 and 2, popping stops.

So today I'm changing out 1 and 2, for 4 and 5 and see if my popping moves to those cylinders.
