2007 kw cm870 air compressor/turbo/trans

Hi all….ive got a 2007 kw dump truck with a cm870 I replaced the turbo a couple months ago and is now leaking oil from what looks like an electrical plug on top. I was asked to check excessive crankcase pressure….i have noticed my truck builds air slower than usual (newish air lines btw) can a bad compressor cause blow by? Any way to check it? If it’s bad is it better to change the complete compressor or just the head? Also the turbo has been feeling wonky can the compressor or dryer cause it also or am I looking for a new turbo control valve? Also my I have a hard time getting it in and out of gear especially from a stop (no grinding) just feels like it has a bump to it…got to release the clutch a bit to “pop” it in gear…clutch is about a year old and adjusted to spec (did the same with old clutch as well)..also it takes a while for it to drop range I also got to put it in gear and release the clutch for it to drop range(fresh reman transmission and new shift knob and air lines) trans air regulator is getting 110 psi and 58-59 coming out…any help is appreciated
