Sensors and egr basiclly the same as Isx.
Imap, pressure differential ( delta p) tubes , EGP would clog with soot on my "06 8600 with Ism.
You should pull egr and clean everything and replace the sensors

Big leasing companies like Penske, Ryder are notorious for pushing oil changes past 25k miles.
Even though the mileage is relatively low at 300k I'm sure it's seen it's share of abuse and differed maintenance.

Dropping the pan and inspecting bearings and checking overhead would be time well spent.

Overall I think it's a good engine and had few sensor and actuator problems.
