Swap 10spd to 13spd

Due for a clutch replacement soon and I am considering swapping in a 13spd... I would like to be able to split the top side gears....I pull van freight in Pennsylvania and at times I pull a long hill in 9th where I'm having to back out of the throttle to keep the RPM below 1650-1700 or up to 10th and I'm lugging the engine... My question is it worth doing such a swap or just leave well enough alone. Running 11r 22.5 tires...might drop down to low pro tires next replacement...
