ISX White sweet smoke upon cold start up

I’m sure someone will chime with better info than I’m going to give. But do block tester to see where that leads you. I drove an 06 mack dumptruck that did same thing. Except if you left it idling like to go in store or something for few mins you’d see white smoke start puffing. Then look out when you actually went to leave cause nobody would be able to see behind me. Smoked so darn bad. Clear up after a min or so. And run just fine after. Ended up being number 1 cylinder on head was cracked. Had to replace front head.
