Need to check resistance at turbo actuator. What you will find is its a open circuit due to the butcher job. You will need to add a 120 ohm resistor inline (where the wires used to go to the emissions systems). With actuator plugged in and you should get 60 ohms.

If you have any questions feel free to reach out to us and I can walk you through it over the phone...We do this all the time due to bad DPF components causing turbo data line to be corrupt
