There is absolutely no reason to spend Inframe $$ if its not warranted. Drop the oil pan on it pressure test the coolant system up to 20 psi. Let it sit over night and bar the engine over by hand to check for coolant leaking down from around the cylinders. If none, roll new bottom end bearings in it. Run the overhead again and check it all out. Button it up and run it for more profit. At 800k you still have 400k easily in profitable miles if you take care of it.
