There are certainly no guarantees when it comes to commercial trucks. I'm of the opinion that warranties are worthless on these engines, but a lot of guys wrap themselves up in that warranty certificate like a warm security blanket. It rocks their safe little world when Cummins denies their claims and their on the hook for tens of thousands of dollars.
I've personally given out Rawze and Gearheads contact info to a couple dozen guys with new 2350's. I doubt they've heard from any of them. They all want to wait until after the warranty period is over and the problems begin, then they'll deal with it. Ignorantly underestimating the havoc the soot, pressure and heat will wreak on their engine by then.
