RE: Clutch fan if truck had built its 130psi or so of air the governor is flipped causing the compressor to not make air pressure so that way its not sitting there overheating itself with compressed air that cant go anywhere. RE: Clutch fan I’m thinking it’s the unloader valve because it was running for 15 minutes and was not building air and then when I ran up the rpms to 1400 it started to build | |||
