CM871 Cam and Injector gear slip

I looked at a truck (2250 ISX Volvo) a guy has that just had a $28000 overhaul done to it at 750,000 miles on it.

Aftermarket Chinese turbo of some sort.

Egr cooler block off plates.

Big name puke dits POWER! Programming done to it. So he says or even pretends to know about…

I do not know the rest but when I looked up close to the head on the engine I could tell it was not a OEM of sorts. Even just tapping on it with my hand I can tell a something not right with it.

Still using the original injectors.

Hard headed to listen to me say what is wrong and does not care as he says his money went to something good at least! (Gave me the friend not helping a friend story to me even after I did give him all the advice and hints on certain things)

Some people are just not fit with being a business owner nonetheless taking care of their truck.
