I would second this one. here is a related thread...

and yeah... if the engine is de-mandated then also have the program copied from the ecm and e-mailed to me for review so that it can be checked out properly to ensure its safe for the engine and turbo. To make sure that your engine does not get torn up again due to horrible delete programming.
The last person to touch my ecm was Rawze during the full de-mandate he made one specifically for my truck and engine truck ran better with the cracked head then now. I used the 4 and 6 wedges for the cams 6 on the valves and 4 on the injectors, I’m gonna change the pressure sensor first before doing anything next I think it could be the problem, for example in Wyoming on i80 it would boost 30 but in Sacramento, Cali it would hit 38, I had one boost leak when I first started it went for a test drive, but I found it pretty quick. It was really loud and to lose that much psi would mean a big huge boost leak. I’m also thinking about we adjusting the injectors. Could that be a problem if they are not adjusted correctly?? I used the dial gauge torque wrench. Did it to eight Newton meters step-by-step like what Rawze does on his YouTube. This wasn’t my first adjustment. I’ve done it before perfectly fine.

RE: Cm871 timing?
NOTE: 8 n_m = 71 INCH-LBS.. (not ft-lbs)/... I hope someone did not try to crank those injector set screws to 70 ft-lbs. It would severely damage the injectors.

As far as boos changing by that much.. it can be a lot of things since you took things all apart. things like...

== turbo out of calibration.
== boost leaks.
== collapsed CAC boot.
== missing plug in underside of the head.
== missing block-plate(s) at intake or between manifold and egr cooler, if it is de-mandated.
== cracked CAC from taking it in/out.
== exhaust or intake restriction(s) due to various circumstances.
== getting air in fuel, or fuel restrictions.
== slipped cam.
== incorrect head vs ser#.

the list is long.

Thanks Rawze, I did change the sensor today and it seem to have definitely brought up the boost,
The head was ordered through Peterbilt by the esn, it’s a brand new none reman head, I’ll keep looking into it, I ran it driving empty and it’s definitely improved on boost so I’ll see what it does fully loaded.if you have a chance give me a call sometime if possible to discuss this over the phone, I had done those injector adjustments using NM same type of torque wrench you used in your video.
