Thoughts on these disc brake rotors at 530k

Buddy is freakin out after the highly skilled technicians at the Speedco in Brunswick, GA told him his rotors are all cracked on his '13 Pete 389 with 530k miles. He took the truck home and pulled all the tires off and this is what all ten rotors look like. He ordered ten new rotors at $297 each and ten sets of pads at $167 a set. None of the "cracks" can be felt with a finger nail nor do they seem to penetrate into the rotor. They look fine to me, I wouldn't worry about them at all and think those pads aren't even half used and I'd run them for another half million miles. He has more corrosion in the rotor vents than I would like to see, but his regular run is Jacksonville to Rhode Island so he sees a lot of salt in the winter. Anyone have much experience with the air disc setups?

Cracked brakes are a DOT violation, and I would NOT want to be the guy who knew they were cracked of one failed while going down a steep mountain and caused a big accident.

The first picture would lead me to believe it is cracked too, possibly from from heat?. The "crack" does not fade with the hills and valleys of the rotor wear, being consistent with a legitimate crack in the metal, but it could just be a surface crack.

Why not just get them cleaned up and turned, then inspect them closely. If the crack remains after turning it,.. it is no good.

that looks like a surface crack/ fracture from heat , u will get them on a flywheel surface also slipping the clutch to much , pad he could go another year or 2 , but if hes putting new rotors new pads is the way to go , keep the old ones in case a calaper freezes up and wears out a pad , rotors don't look to bad considering he runs in salt , nothing is very good any more when they all cut corners hear and there , more chrome / higher grade steel and they would rust less and last longer , but then u would buy less parts

Those look like cold flash cracks to me, best I can tell via pic without hands on.
They are caused by the metal being all nice and hot from brake application and then being splashed by cold water (road puddles). Nothing I would worry about.
Brake drums do the same thing, especially common up here in Canada. They don't crack all the way through, and with drums you can tell, where discs you can't. It's not possible to inspect the between inner and outer rotor where the cooling vents are. If you're ever concerned that a drum cracked like this is cracked through, just heat the outside of the drum in the area of the crack with a torch, slow of course, if it's cracked you'll see it plain as day, but it's rare.
