Check the compressor, if it has a wild tune on it, I would say more than likely it is the head gasket or head. Do you have a pyro and boost gauge on her? I would look at returning her to stock and MM her after fixing the head...

Does it still have the OEM VV turbo on her, or was that replaced too?

No I did the 485 @m*m^2. Boost and pyro installed. Boost never goes over 38 and pyro sits at 300.goes up too about 500 on a hard pull

I would fix the head, remove all of the plating and get her as close to stock as possible.

just a fair warning for guys running around with the caps loose. obviously you gotta do what you can to get it moving BUT

Running a 0 pressure system on conventional coolant, and LL coolant can cause localized hotspots on the liners and cause severe damage. the truck needs that pressure to maintain a high boiling point and keep the liners from flashing off coolant and causing overheat on the liners. just a heads up.
