Hi everyone!
Can somebody tell me, what should be the gear fuel pump pressure under power and hi rpm on cm2350.I know the QuickServe says min 145psi. just wondering if somebody get the real measurement at load and what is getting max?I am suspecting weak gear pump on my engine.

If you only have 145 psi in a 2350 you aint going anywhere. Idling you should see well over 5000 psi and pulling under full load well over 30000. Your engine needs about 3000 just to start.

Aftertreatment fuel injector pressure during regeneration is close to gear pump pressure.

I think my aftertreatment injector runs about 150psi during a regen. Hope that helps.

Yes, I remember before demandate my did reading 145-150psi on the injector, but this is on park regen, right?The question is on hi end RPM's what is the pressure.Thanks for the repays!

Gear pump pressure doesn't changes much by RPM.
