2013 peterbilt 587 isx 15 "fuel rail pressure"
My check engine light just came on while driving and the dash read fuel rail pressure. Is this this something major this is my first time under a load with this truck and I just fueled up. Could this be because the tanks is over full with Diesel?

My understanding is this is major. Don't drive it that way. Your fuel pump is probably failing and taking your engine along with it.

It could be a lot of things causing the problem from something simple to something catastrophic like was mentioned above. Hopefully it is not the infamous fuel pump failure that takes out the whole engine.

- That being out of the way, find out what the Check Engine Light (CEL) code is for and go from there.

Well the check engine light went off after a while. I stoped and filled up to def fuel started the truck back up and BOOM a new code. This time I had it checked and 2754. Don't know what it means but I'm hoping something like a sensor or something.

DO NOT MESS WITH THIS! Find the code, I would not move the truck until you know what it is. Seriously! Unless you have a minimum of $10,000 laying around, that is the cost to clean the shrapnel out of the motor. It just goes up from there.
