2350 not running properly

guys, i got 2016 2350 all stock put in to run valves and complete check of dpf and scr system.
cam was fine for apx 100 miles, now kicks up codes and derates.
back to shop (IH).they went over about everything i can think of but still doent work rt.
even got a new ECM from cummins albany ny. it wouldnt even start.put mine back and starts.
theyve dun wires connectors,worked with international and cummins-still nota
any ideas
not sure of codes rt now (off myhead)but they said it s before turbo,?thinking it was todo

you know what codes its throwing?

sounds to me like you took it to a bunch of morons at the stealers$it, and they put their trainee on it to guess at it and waste your money?.
