You need to physically verify the cac has no leaks. That’s not done on insite. Maybe you don’t need a new one. Save the 1500. If the one you have doesn’t leak then run it.

I bought it off Ebay from China. They will give me a registration code?? Their is no paperwork in the packaging telling me where to get a code.

This isn't as easy as I thought it would be.

The seller page on ebay should have the contact info somewhere in the description. possibly in an email confirmation too.

Yes the Chinese hackers you bought it from will give you the code or set it up for you thru team viewer.

Like said click message seller on eBay and they will get you all fixed up
