I saw that the power wire to the ecm was mentioned, but make sure that ground that is factory spliced from 4 down to 1 and the hooks to the battery is clean and strong, my 97 9400 has had so many crank but not starts since the day I bought it back in 2011 that any time now it sits for more than a month I check and clean it before I even try to fire her up.....she starts every time now.....the pos is my backup I put maybe a 1k mi a year just to keep bearings and seals good, has 1,2xx,xxx and other than overheads every 100k and oil every 10k I've never touched her in 500k
