RE: 2016 KW T-680 ISX15 CM2350 -Code 125- At Wit's End... We've run through all those troubleshooting steps (at least twice, already) outlined under Code 125 by Insight. Just got off the phone with a Level 2 technician in the Engine Diag. department at C#mm!ns after calling their 800 number. He couldn't tell me the parameters for "normal" inHg range for Intake Manifold pressure. Currently, it's at 10.2 inHg with no active code(s).

So if the baro is off the equation would be wrong giving you a false low boost code? I'm not finding a parameter for Barometric Pressure Sensor. Would it be called something else? Both sensors are new OEM. I realize that's no guarantee being new. Thanks

So if the baro is off the equation would be wrong giving you a false low boost code? Apologies for not replying sooner. I've scoured the screenshots (I took with my phone) with Insight hooked to my tractor. I'm unable to find any Parameters in that test that use the word Barro, barometric, or Atmospheric. I have read (elsewhere) that the MAP sensor actually calculates barometric pressure. That would explain my reading. This past Monday morning (after weekend repairs done) I drove approx 50 miles for highway test drive. After approx 50 miles driven, Code 125 popped back up on my dash. I was empty, pulling my flatbed, Returned to the yard and retested CaC, only this time, for this CaC test, we included the inlet/ outlet pipes&boots stil attached to CaC for the pressure test. The 1st time, we only pressure tested the CaC itself. We retested this CaC configuration at 15psi & 30psi. The inlet line actually blew our pressure seal off within about 2 minutes. Sounded like a cannon. The CaC didn't show any loss in psi, either test. EGR valve was removed, inspected, & cleaned. There was soot, but nothing like I imagined I'd prolly see after watching Rawze's video(s). Cleaned it as best I could with brass brush & rag(s). Looked better after finished. Reinstalled EGR valve. We hooked Insight back up to tractor to initiate Regen. Shortly into the test, we noticed air leak(s) escaping from around both V Clamps that secure the coupler behind the turbo that houses the NoX sensor & 7th injector. Tightened those V clamps up immediately. Leak(s) stopped. Ran Regen.

RE: 2016 KW T-680 ISX15 CM2350 -Code 125- At Wit's End... Don't know y it's not letting me upload my screenshot. Intake Manifold Pressure is 10.7 inHg Minimum measured 9.5 inHg Maximum measured 11.7 inHg

RE: 2016 KW T-680 ISX15 CM2350 -Code 125- At Wit's End... Following Regen, fault code 125 remained active. Thought maybe OBD might render it inactive. Nope. So, we manually cleared the code using Insight.

RE: 2016 KW T-680 ISX15 CM2350 -Code 125- At Wit's End... That being said, after performing regen Tuesday evening & manually clearing the fault code, Wednesday morning I left Winder & drive approx 375 miles down to around Mobile, Al. I was empty, pulling my flatbed. I shut the tractor down 3x for either fueling or break(s). Constantly monitoring my boost gauge and staying alert for any anomalies in tractor behavior. None detected. No codes. Zip. Nada. Nothing. I don't know if I should be happy or doubtful. Having this problem for as long as I have it's difficult for me to get too happy too quickly. Engine seemed to run smooth & mpg good. Also, did not notice the tractor going into passive regen on the trip down. Maybe I just didn't run it long enough, I dunno. But, I never detected any "high idle". This crap is driving me crazy. Last night was about the first half-decent nights' sleep I've had in the past week and a half.
