Is the dpf differential pressure sensor new original or has been replaced already?

Report back with live data readings and see if differential pressure sensor readings are going to change or stay at 0?

I have to look and see if I can get those readings with JPRO. I might have to get a bootlegged DiagnosticLink because I know you can get a little deeper with sensor readings and voltages. JPRO doesn't get me all that data for some reason unfortunately

That was the first thing I did before messing with the sensors and the tubes. I pulled both the cans off and had them cleaned out and then I went in and did the ash accumulation reset and yeah unfortunately it came back on a few days later. So it’s just kinda weird to me the light came back on. I know the thresholds on these sensors are very minimal so it’s really hard to tell but I did look at everything that had to do with the one box as far as pressure tubes and sensors. So I’m not entirely sure what it can be exactly

Also, someone needed to also go thru the EGR system and clean/replace all sensors, cleanout the piping, clean and inspect the EGR valve, etc... because it is always the engine that causes DPF problems.. not the DPF itself.

- Take pictures and post them here of the faces of any clogged aftertreatment filters, and especially the DPF it is complaining about it being clogged again, etc. - This will give you some clues about what is wrong on the engine side of things.

- NOx sensors are typically only good for about 250-3300k miles of reliable use before they start reading incorrectly as well. If those sensors are half million miles old+, then it is time to start replacing them as well.
I never really thought about that.. When I took the dpf filters out though they were actually really clean. They even felt really light too so it's been kinda hard to pinpoint exactly what it is that's causing the CEL but with these detroits it could literally be anything I'm going to have to really dig into it soon
