How often is this truck serviced? Is the truck on any type of service interval program, did anyone put def in the fuel tank?

Also what is the going rate for these two codes? Just one count for each

I service the truck every 12-13k miles. I shut the truck off and turned it back on let it idle for 1 min and it went away. That's what insite said to do. I will replace the fuel water separator filter when I get a chance.
