isl 9g ecm hr reset

Hello everyone,

I apologize if this topic has been posted before. Was unable to get a definitive answer.

I currently replaced the isl 9 g cm2180 ecm with another good known used ecm. Trying to reset hr meter to 6000 hr as the used ecm has 12000 hr. I have searched online but few bits and pieces I gathered are I need to use calterm to change the ecm time parameter[Don't even know what this parameter looks like].

I would be very grateful if someone could point me in the right direction to the get the correct ecfg file and tell me which parameter needs to be corrected for this.

Following is the engine info:

ISL 9G Cm2180, Current calibration AW90034.34, ecm part#4934710, engine model G6LTAA8.9,

Please delete the post if have violated any rules. Just tired of searching for correct information on this for weeks but can't get a straight answer.

re-flash ecm with new software according to the engine ser# {a blank incal file}, WITHOUT THE CHECKBOX ON FOR SAVE/RESTORE SETTINGS, and then restore the old work order/template from the old ecm after it finishes.
