Entire Coolant System Flush

I need to flush and clean the entire coolant system. When refilling with coolant, can I bleed the air out of the coolant system without a vacuum pump? This is a Freightliner Cascadia 2016 DD15

If not, any affordable manual vacuum pump?

You will need a cheap vacuum pump to purge all the air out for the last gallon or 2. YOu can get one a harbor freight, + a coolant test set to get the job done.


As far as flush goes,.. the 'cummins restore' coolant flush, or similar product is good for getting oil and other contaminants out of the coolant system
