CPC4 replacement

Hi all, looking for a correct procedure and tool... to transfer configuration parameters from a faulty CPC4 to a used replacement CPC4 (Cascadia). What is the most reliable programming tool and software you can recommend for this specific transfer!? Thanks.

you would need DDDL 8.13 or newer depending on the year of the truck that you are working on... assuming that the CPC comes with some kind of software programmed into it. If it's completely blank, might be a better idea to have the dealer program it by VIN
