| 2007 9200 Dash Cluster Not Working Good afternoon! So yesterday while driving my 2007 9200 the gauges(oil pressure, water temp, voltage, RPM, speedometer) started jumping and then all immediately pointed straight down to 6 o clock and “No Datalink” appeared on the panel in the speedometer gauge. After a few minutes it returned to normal but today it did it again and never changed and now none of the gauges are working at all. I’ve checked all the fuses in the glovebox and cleaned all the connections at the battery and still nothing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks guys! | |||

| RE: 2007 9200 Dash Cluster Not Working Could be corroded wire somewhere. Check where those wire come out at the firewall and follow them. Also international wiring is sh*t, could be one single ground wire causing all those problems. Typical sh*tspreader behaviour. I had similar problem but it was caused by a bunch of wire under the cab that fell down and got cut by the driveshaft. | |||

| RE: 2007 9200 Dash Cluster Not Working Update: I’ve got power back to the gauges but still immediately point straight down and “no datalink” message appears. I cleaned the ground connections on the firewall and have traced the wire bundles running from passenger side firewall and can’t find anything damaged. | |||

| RE: 2007 9200 Dash Cluster Not Working Still no improvement with Datalink issue but I noticed that when I cycle the key the gauges don’t do anything until I cut the headlights on at the switch which it has never done in 10 years. Once I switch the headlights on the gauges cycle like normal and then immediately all point straight down and “no datalink” appears. | |||

Second to this would be anything installed into the vehicle that ties into the J1939 or other power wiring behind the dash... like added boost/pyro gauges, maybe radio that is not factory, etc.. and it acting up as it gets older. It could be the gauge cluster itself, or the cabin controller,.. who knows. you should also be able to go to Navistar's wwwsite and get the wiring diagram for the truck as well. Maybe that helps.
