| Cam and injector upgrades Does anyone know if interchangeable parts in the 15 liter x family and possible gains? Like a QSX cam and injector, or piston with possible lower compression. I'm contemplating a performance oriented cm870 build, lookin to see what's out there, I'd like to get compression down, maybe a better valve/jake cam too. Not lookin for the most fuel efficiency necessarily. Just more performance, kind of a toy. Thanks | |||

Not really, that comes down to correct boost and timing combined with minimal back pressure . Slightly lower comp would allow higher boost pressure to help maintain a better AFR . Have to be pushing some serious hp to run into egt problems with a vgt and stock Pistons with an 871 | |||
