My advice is for someone that wants to get the wheels turning. What they do with it down the road is their business. If the price of insurance is going to make or break your profit margin, WAIT UNTIL YOU HAVE $20-25k in resereve and can make the move comfortably. It won't take long to burn through that, MURPHY'S law.
