Getting my own authority....sick of this crap.

Ok fellow o/o I'm in need of a little advice.
Before I tell you all the bad the big question is would you leave a company where I have grossed over 200k a year to the truck for the last 3 yrs out of 5 I've been with the company.
I pull a flatbed 53ft and have considered going to mercer or landstar just to control my home time a little more I have also considered my own authority however that's down the road.
