I can't believe they run even in perfect condition. My filters had drank some coolant when it had a catastrophic failure before I owned it. Cummins replaced the first filter and left the next to regen its self clean. It didn't work, second filter was 50% blocked by some white putty looking crap. I'm pretty sure it was coolant that had been baked by 20000 miles worth of regens. Insight said it was fine but it did eventually throw a nox sensor code. Don't push it unless you just have to take the risk. Might be cheaper to dead head in the long run.

It's currently hooked to insite running a forced regen.. We will see what happens.. Currently inlet and outlet temp are running any where from 5-20° apart with the outlet being higher.. But she's not coughing anymore.. Need to be able to run roughly 2 weeks till I get to Mr. Hag..

Note the exhaust gas pressure before and after regeneration/ just curios.

Pressure was 2.6 before 0.7 after

It is a differential pressure. I was asking exhaust pressure.
If DPF got to restrictive differential pressure looks good because flow is low in all parts of DPF.
Imagine you are breathing thru the straw. Diff pressure inside strew is 0 but you have not enough air to breath.

Idk which pressure reading It was.. Everything I read says that if the pressure reading from insite is less then 1, it's ok.. I didn't see it as a Differential pressure but I wasn't looking for that either.. After this 4k Bill and another one coming in a couple weeks I have to idle my plans for inline adapter and insite for a while..

This is not right. Tight the belt to get adapter and insite it will save $4000.
Almost everyone here was in your situation.

What a shame.

Was trying to avoid it.. But I'm under a load, and don't want to do any major damage..

Well it's still full of coolant.. Cel came on again around the GA state line, made it to the hook in Jackson.. Exhaust trap inlet pressure again.. Deliver in Fitzgerald tomorrow afternoon.. Then Idk what to do.. Don't want to pay for a dpf cleaning.. But don't want to lose the motor over this bs either..

DPF cleaning will not help. Dried coolant can not be burned. People were trying to wash it with powerwasher with no success.
Drive her gently with minimum boost required or new EGR cooler will be destroyed by exhaust pressure. Direction you already know, south of A.
