cm870 delete pass inspection?

have an 06 cm870..

if the only modifications done are a tune shooting no codes and a block off plate to the intake manifold, will the truck still pass state inspection??

don't know how involved they get when putting a sticker on it, never owned a truck that i had to de-mandate...is it mostly visual or do they use software as well that will detect the delete?

Do you live Mass? I passed with no problem. They do a snap test. (Sniff test) they put the probe in the stack and floor it 3 times, and measure the opacity, or soot in the exhaust. With my dpf I measured 1 out of a limit of 20. Without it I got 4 out of 20.
