I hate to point out the tree in the forest, but; new turbo(s), doser injector, resomethinged a cracked head, baked DPF...
Cracked head=coolant intrusion...all these issues...I'd be willing to bet the precious metals in the DOC are washed out and toast, not having the ability to cause the catalyst reaction to ignite the fuel to successfully regen?
Creating the endless cycle of repeated failures of the same components. Reflected heat issues, plugged exhaust, excess back pressures...rinse, wash, repeat...
